Process analysis helps us review and understand your business processes. Inputs, outputs, requirements, data … reviewing every unique component of each process helps us determine how end results are produced. 

We create process maps to provide a visual tool used to plan and manage flow data, along with the who and what is involved in a process.  Process maps show a series of events producing end results and where a process should be improved.
